In early 2026, BruzekIQ became CoAdapta Advisors LLC. Same founder, Scott Bruzek, and the same approach, with a sharper structure underneath.
What happened
Scott Bruzek worked under the name BruzekIQ (sometimes written Bruzek IQ) for about a year and a half. By early 2026 the work had outgrown the name, and BruzekIQ became CoAdapta Advisors LLC, the advisory practice of CoAdapta.
Same approach. Same person. A sharper structure underneath. If you found Scott through BruzekIQ, including podcast episodes under that name, you are in the right place.
Why "CoAdapta"
"Co-adapt" comes from nature: the way organisms evolve together, each shaping the other to thrive. That has always been the spine of how Scott works, and now it is the name on the door. It is also three promises:
- Us, co-adapting with you as the engagement unfolds
- You, co-adapting with your team through the change
- Your team, co-adapting with your clients as the work drives results for them
What changed
- CoAdapta Advisors LLC is the advisory practice that BruzekIQ became: people-first change leadership, psychometric assessment, and transformation work for mid-market companies in insurance, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and operations-heavy industries.
- CoAdapta Edge Technologies LLC sits alongside it for engagements where the change needs technology to actually stick: custom software and systems integrations for HR, finance, and operations.
- Every engagement runs on Standing Through Change, CoAdapta's operating model: Scan, Shape, Stand Up, Sustain.
What didn't change
The clients. The directness. The accountability past go-live. And the belief that most transformation work fails not because the strategy is wrong, but because the people, the process, and the technology get treated as separate problems. They aren't. They co-adapt, or the change doesn't hold.
