Everybody tells you to move faster. But speed was never the problem — staying on your feet is. Standing Through Change is how we keep your people deciding and moving when the ground under them won't hold still. One simple motion, four phases, built on proven practice and real numbers instead of guesswork.
The name is literal. Standing is getting up off the ground, and it's staying up once you're there. Change asks for both at the same time.
Get up, then stay up
Getting up is the hard start — moving when staying put feels easier. But standing up once isn't the win. Staying up, after the first push is gone and the pressure's still on, is. A change needs both: the shove to start and the legs to keep going.
It's the weather, not a storm
Change isn't a one-time storm you wait out and then go back to normal. There's no back-to-normal to return to. Conditions keep moving, so the effort has to keep holding while the ground shifts under it.
The four phases
One motion, four phases
Scan, Shape, Stand Up, Sustain — the same rhythm on every engagement.
01 · Awareness
Scan
Before you move — get a good look at the ground.
Get an honest read on where the business really is versus where it’s headed.
Find out who’s ready for this — and who’s going to struggle.
Look at what’s helping and what’s getting in the way.
Grounded in: a straight read on your people and the impact.
Output: A clear picture of where you’re starting from.
02 · Ability
Shape
Get set before you move — line up the plan and the people.
Build the plan and make sure everyone knows who owns what.
Shore up the weak spots the first look turned up.
Do the quiet prep before anyone feels the change.
Grounded in: proven steps for getting people on board.
Output: A plan built on what’s really there, not wishful thinking.
03 · Action
Stand Up
Go — put the plan to work and fix things as you climb.
Kick off the plan and do the work.
Check in on a regular beat — daily, weekly, monthly — against what’s actually happening.
Step in the second things start to slide.
Grounded in: steady execution and quick course-correction.
Output: The plan moving, and staying on track.
04 · Environment
Sustain
Stay on your feet — keep it going as things keep changing.
Lock in the new way of working so it doesn’t slip back.
Check that it’s actually sticking.
Keep it sharp with smaller check-and-adjust rounds.
Grounded in: reinforcement and honest measurement.
Output: A change that holds — and keeps itself sharp.
The cycle
A continuous cycle, not a one-time event
The four phases run clockwise at every scale — individual, team, organization — inside conditions that never stop shifting.
Inside each phase
Each phase carries its own processes
Four phases, from the first read to lasting change.

Real method, not a pet theory
Serious method underneath. One simple motion on top.
Under the hood are three proven approaches to change. We handle the complicated part so your team just follows one clear rhythm — not three thick binders.
How people actually change
A proven way to move someone from “what’s going on?” to “I’m in” — one step at a time, instead of just hoping they come along.
A recognized standard
A tested, repeatable way to size up a change, plan it, run it, and lock it in — the same way every time.
Numbers, not hunches
Real measures of who’s ready, who can handle it, and what’s helping or hurting — so the plan fits what’s actually there.
One person → the team → the whole company
The same four moves, at every level, out in the real world
Each phase scales up. A gut check becomes a shared read. Getting yourself set becomes lining up the team. Moving becomes moving together. Making it stick becomes the culture holding.

Questions we get
The ones that come up on nearly every intro call
Straight answers on how we work, what we take on, and what we leave to your other partners.
What is a "Change Delivery Integrator"?
The one role accountable for making a change actually land. Most changes have a team, an implementer, and sometimes a coach, but no one owning the integration of all of it into a delivered result. We're that layer. We either coordinate the players you already have or lead the integration strategy ourselves.
Do you replace our EOS Implementer, consultant, or coach?
No. We work alongside them and make their work land. We connect the systems work, the people work, and the operating rhythm so they deliver as one change instead of three disconnected tracks.
What if we don't have an implementer or coach yet?
We can lead the integration end to end and bring in or direct the right specialists, or help you select them.
Can you just lead the whole thing?
Yes. That’s our "Lead the integration" mode: we own the integration strategy from diagnostic through delivery.
Do you implement the software?
No. The vendor or tech consultant configures the system. We make sure your team is still using it 90 days later. We measure adoption, not features.
How is this different from an assessment firm?
An assessment firm hands you a report and stops at insight. We use assessment as stage one, then build the plan around it, run the intervention, and deliver the result.
How is this different from a management consultant?
A consultant usually leaves you a strategy. We stay for delivery, tracked milestone by milestone, and we integrate the people and systems underneath the plan so it holds.
What kinds of projects is this for?
ERP, HRIS, and accounting rollouts. Mergers and post-acquisition integration. AI deployment and readiness. Leadership transitions. Strategy that's clear on paper but keeps stalling at delivery.
How do you measure success?
Business, team, and customer all have to win, or it isn't done. Beyond that we measure adoption on your existing scorecard, not features.
Is AQ just another personality assessment?
No. AQ measures how, why, and under what conditions someone can actually change, and whether the environment around them supports it. It sits alongside whatever you already use. We’re an AQai® Certified Partner.
How do we get started?
A 30-minute intro call, no cost and no pitch deck. We'll find where a change is at risk and what it would take to make it hold.
We're the ones who make change land.
Most changes already have players — your team, an implementer, maybe a coach. What's missing is the one person on the hook for making all of it work together. That's us.
