What we do, and what we don't.

Straight answers on how we work as your Change Delivery Integrator, what we take on, and what we deliberately leave to your other partners.

What we do

  • Integrate change delivery across your team, your implementer, and your coach, so it lands as one change.

  • Diagnose readiness, capability, and the conditions around your people before the plan is built.

  • Build the change plan: owner per function, sequenced training, adoption metrics, and a named exit.

  • Pressure test the change in a simulation before it goes live.

  • Track delivery to adoption and stay 90 days past launch, then a quarterly pulse.

  • Lead the integration strategy end to end when you need a driver, or support and coordinate the players you already have.

  • Coordinate directly with your software vendor and your EOS Implementer or coach.

What we don't do

  • We don't implement the software. Your vendor or tech consultant does that. We make sure it lands.

  • We don't replace your EOS Implementer or your coach. We make their work more effective by connecting it to delivery.

  • We don't hand you a report and walk away.

  • We don't take vendor kickbacks, and we don't sell you software.

  • We don't put your whole company into change mode, only the functions actually changing.

  • We don't call it done until business, team, and customer all win.

Questions we get

The ones that come up on nearly every intro call.

What is a "Change Delivery Integrator"?

The one role accountable for making a change actually land. Most changes have a team, an implementer, and sometimes a coach, but no one owning the integration of all of it into a delivered result. We're that layer. We either coordinate the players you already have or lead the integration strategy ourselves.

Do you replace our EOS Implementer, consultant, or coach?

No. We work alongside them and make their work land. We connect the systems work, the people work, and the operating rhythm so they deliver as one change instead of three disconnected tracks.

What if we don't have an implementer or coach yet?

We can lead the integration end to end and bring in or direct the right specialists, or help you select them.

Can you just lead the whole thing?

Yes. That’s our "Lead the integration" mode: we own the integration strategy from diagnostic through delivery.

Do you implement the software?

No. The vendor or tech consultant configures the system. We make sure your team is still using it 90 days later. We measure adoption, not features.

How is this different from an assessment firm?

An assessment firm hands you a report and stops at insight. We use assessment as stage one, then build the plan around it, run the intervention, and deliver the result.

How is this different from a management consultant?

A consultant usually leaves you a strategy. We stay for delivery, tracked milestone by milestone, and we integrate the people and systems underneath the plan so it holds.

What kinds of projects is this for?

ERP, HRIS, and accounting rollouts. Mergers and post-acquisition integration. AI deployment and readiness. Leadership transitions. Strategy that's clear on paper but keeps stalling at delivery.

Who do you work with?

Mid-market operators with roughly 50 to 500 employees in three areas: construction and construction-adjacent companies, manufacturing, logistics, and transportation, and fire departments. If you are outside those areas, tell us what is stuck and we'll say honestly whether we can help.

Do you work with our front line, or only leadership?

Both. We start by listening to the people who do the work, because they decide whether a change holds.

Will this cost us jobs?

Nothing we offer is designed to reduce hours or positions. We give time back to the people doing the work, and we advocate for reskilling team members into higher-value roles.

How do you measure success?

Business, team, and customer all have to win, or it isn't done. Before we start, we agree on what the change is worth to your business and to the person on the receiving end, and we report on both. Beyond that we measure adoption on your existing scorecard, not features.

Is AQ just another personality assessment?

No. AQ measures how, why, and under what conditions someone can actually change, and whether the environment around them supports it. It sits alongside whatever you already use. We’re an AQai® Certified Partner.

How do we get started?

A 30-minute intro call, no cost and no pitch deck. We'll find where a change is at risk and what it would take to make it hold.

What does it cost?

The 30-minute intro call is free, and so are the AQ assessment and the readiness check. After that, an engagement is priced to how much support your team needs. A team that is already ready needs less of our time.

How long does an engagement last?

Through delivery and 90 days past go-live, then a quarterly pulse. For scale: two stalled $250k implementations were back online in 90 days, and a custom ERP integration was built in under 30 days.

Where are you based, and where do you work?

Based in Kentucky. Serving clients in the Midwest and Southeast, with a focus on KY, IN, TN, OH, and IL. Our office is at 104 Bold Venture, Danville, KY 40422.

How do CoAdapta, CoAdapta Advisors (formerly BruzekIQ), CoAdapta Edge Technologies, DeterminALI, and AQai fit together?

CoAdapta is the brand. CoAdapta Advisors LLC, formerly BruzekIQ until early 2026, leads organizational change, leadership and M&A transition support, adaptability assessments, and delivery coordination; it operates under license from COAIP Holdings LLC. CoAdapta Edge Technologies LLC builds custom software and systems integrations for HR, finance, and operations. DeterminALI is CoAdapta’s platform for consulting and coaching partners. AQai makes the adaptability assessments we use, and CoAdapta is an AQai® Certified Partner.

Who leads CoAdapta?

Scott Bruzek, Founder and Principal Advisor. He has spent more than 15 years in roles where the technology and the people both had to work: HR director at a manufacturing company that grew from $25M to $55M+ in revenue and from 197 to 380 employees, operations leader at a national veterans nonprofit, and COO of an insurance agency growing through organic growth and acquisitions.

Change that lasts. People who thrive together.

Thirty minutes, no cost and no pitch deck. We'll find where a change is at risk and what it would take to make it hold.
