For clientsFor organizations planning or living through a change. Are you a partner?
A new system should pay for itself. We make sure it does.
CoAdapta works on the people side of your HR or payroll change, alongside your software provider. You get data on how ready your team is before you start, adoption that stays on track during the rollout, and a clear statement of what the change was worth.
The software is rarely the problem. What decides whether a system change pays off is whether your people are ready for it, and whether they actually use it once it is live.
Before the project starts, we agree with you what the change should be worth: hours freed, costs avoided, room to grow without adding admin headcount. Every hour your HR and payroll people stop spending on keying data is an hour back for hiring, developing, and keeping good people.
Then we measure. A short readiness check tells you how ready your team is and what the real blockers are, so you can make great decisions about timing and support with data instead of guesswork.
During the rollout we keep adoption on track. Afterwards, you get a plain statement of what the investment bought, line by line, that your CFO can read.
Change that drives value. The data to make great decisions about it.
Before, during, after.
The same three steps on every HR and payroll change, sized to your team.
- Before: Decide with data, not nerves
A short readiness check for the people involved gives a readiness score compared with similar organizations, and names the blockers to clear before go-live. Leadership decides on timing with facts.
- During: Keep adoption on track
A plan for the people side of the rollout, a pulse check mid-project, and coaching where a team is falling behind. Leaders see who is ready and who needs support.
- After: Show the value it drove
A close-out check and a value statement tied to your goals: hours freed, costs avoided, capacity to grow. Then quarterly check-ins for up to a year so the gains hold.
Not ready to decide yet?
Many companies know a change is coming but keep pushing it out. Usually there’s a good reason. The free readiness check gives you the data to name it.
- About 20 questions
Answered by the people who would be involved: HR, payroll, finance, and the managers who would use the system.
- A readiness score
Where your team stands compared with similar organizations: ready, nearly ready, or not yet.
- The biggest blockers
The few things that matter most, and whether they can be cleared now or really do mean waiting.
The check is free and carries no obligation. A full plan comes with an engagement.
What people ask first.
Does this replace our software provider’s implementation?
No. Your provider implements the system. We work on the people side alongside them, and coordinate with their team.
How long does it take?
Most HR and payroll changes run two to six months. Our work fits the same timeline, with quarterly check-ins for up to a year after go-live.
Do you use AI on our data?
Not by default. The analysis runs on fixed rules, and every conclusion shows how it was reached. Your data is never used to train outside AI models.
What does it cost?
The readiness check is free. After that, pricing depends on how much support your team needs. A team that is already ready needs less of our time.
Bigger project?
- Complex and multi-system changes
ERP, HR, and payroll changing together, many sites, or a large workforce.
